Jaime Werner

Jaime Werner serves as a Senior Advisor to the Bridge Alliance Education Fund, providing strategic and operational support to grow the organization's external partnerships and governance structure. She is committed to strengthening democracy by building partnerships, guiding strategy, and connecting the right people and resources across the pro-democracy space, bringing clarity and coordination to complex, multi-stakeholder work.


Prior to joining BAEF, Jaime spent nearly a decade at the Congressional Management Foundation (CMF) leading and supporting their citizen engagement work, ensuring advocates had access to the most current guidance and best practices for engaging with Congress. Previously, she served as Director of Strategic Partner Relations at the American Retirement Association, where she focused on outreach to financial institutions in the 403(b)/457 retirement market. She also brings experience in corporate and PAC fundraising for advocacy organizations and Members of Congress, as well as field organizing and event management for ballot initiatives, issue campaigns, and Congressional races.


Originally from Ukiah, CA, Jaime made her way to Washington, DC by way of Union College in Schenectady, NY, where she earned her BA in Political Science and Philosophy with a focus on Political Ethics. She is a proud resident of Capitol Hill where can often be found strolling around the historic neighborhood with her ever-rotating Canine Companionsservice dogs in training.
