Friend-

Last Saturday, Bridge Alliance members and guests gathered in the debate chamber at the beautiful holdings of Crow real estate. The surroundings edified our meeting as we heard from panelists, worked in breakout groups and enjoyed fellowship.

From the meeting, we are developing three proposals for collective impact funding.

  • The governance in policy making group developed a marshall plan for coal country. A concept that is currently in further development.
  • The civic engagement group developed an overarching media narrative plan that would fortify efforts by each individual Bridge Alliance member and other groups.
  • The campaigns and elections group worked on four separate plans, experimenting to find the biggest lever to shift power back to the people.

Our primary goal for the summit was to build relationships and develop real action plans. Like you, we've all experienced conferences where we go home and forget everything we did. With our members help this was not that summit.

If you attended, please fill out this google form on the summit itself and let us how you would like to see us move forward to amplify the messages expressed at the summit. We look forward to working with you in the future.

As a side note we are creating and sending a thank you poster to Trammell Crow, contributor of the lovely space, as a way of expressing our gratitude for his incredible generosity.

Our wish is that these collaborative efforts continue to grow. Working together is our greatest chance at transforming our political terrain and creating lasting change. We thank our organization members and our citizen members for their continued support and confidence.
