Bridge Summit

 

 

We are excited to see you this weekend in Dallas! We thank you for your patience in waiting for the finalized details. We are an adjunct to Earth Day Texas and there are many optional events and banquets you may choose to attend -- or not.

Below, you'll find the final Bridge Summit agenda, a map of the Bridge Summit location, map where the shuttle is picking attendees up, and an overview map of event locations. Please read through carefully and let us know if we missed anything. 

Accommodations: The Hilton Anatole hotel(2201 N Stemmons Fwy, Dallas, TX 75207) is the Bridge Summit hotel. The preferred room rate booking period is now over, please let us know if you are having trouble finding accommodations for the weekend.

Transportation: By air, DAL and DFW are well serviced by Uber and Lyft, but car rentals are also an option. Parking is limited at our Bridge Summit event site (the Old Parkland), and we have arranged a shuttle for Saturday. Pick up is at The Hilton Anatole at the Jade Entrance under the green canopy on Saturday morning at 7:15 AM and taking us back after the event.

Friday and Saturday night banquets and other evening events: 

There are multiple banquets happening with Earth Day Texas all week. Our events are concentrated from Friday evening to Saturday late afternoon.  Other banquet options are available. The events that our staff is planning to go to will say preferred. Please note that The Women’s Museum address on the registration page is incorrect, the correct address is in this email.

• 7:15 a.m. Meet at Hilton Anatole: Jade Entrance under the green canopy for the shuttle to Old Parkland - parking at the venue is very limited.

• 8:30 a.m. Bridge Summit begins
• 3:00 p.m. Bridge Summit ends
• 3:30 p.m. shuttle back to Hilton Anatole
